Hope all is well with you. I am reaching out, as we recently came into an issue with the comfortflex pro fabric. This is specific to one account, so there is no guarantee this is a fabric flaw, but I wanted to raise it to you for awareness.
We found with this particular location, we are having issue with snagging. I recently tested fabric on our end for snag test and did not see this issue, but the fabric I had on hand was from sample yardage.
Are you able to check a yard of bulk production to see if you experience any snag failures?
